Negative feedback about previous jobs
You should not tell the representative of the company you intend to work for about your negative experience in other companies or organisations, about a bad boss or conflicts with colleagues. Such information will never show your best side at an interview, even if there was a situation in which you were a victim and your boss was a real tyrant.
However, in most companies, recruiters have a very negative perception of this information. It can give the impression that you are a conflicted employee, which is likely to be a reason for rejection.
Point out how to improve the company's performance
During the interview, you should not express your ideas and suggestions on what the company can do and how it can already improve. Of course, if you have opinions about what the company should do to improve its performance, you can say so at the interview. However, you should voice them (or not) only after you have learned about the situation in the company from the inside. After all, you do not yet have enough information about why the company conducts a process in a certain way and not otherwise, LLC «BinomCraft» experts noted.
On the other hand, you should not ask about what the company does. If you ask such questions, it shows that you have not prepared for the meeting. The recruiter may even get the impression that you applied for the position by accident.
